How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at a minimum 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are possible based on availability.

How do I book the cart?Fill out our booking inquiry form and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Do you offer branded cups or custom drink sleeves?We do! We can provide custom branding options for cups or sleeves for an additional cost — perfect for corporate events or weddings.

What do you need to set up at our event?We require roll-in entry for transporting the cart to it's serving spot, as wall as designated access to a wall outlet. Our cart dimensions are 60"W x 30"D

Do you travel outside of Connecticut?Yes — we’re based in Connecticut but can travel throughout New England for an additional travel fee, depending on distance.

Do you offer non-coffee options?Yes! We offer hot teas, chai lattes, and hot chocolate. For an additional cost, we can provide matcha lattes for your guests.

How much space and power do you need?We typically require a flat surface about 6’x6’ and access to one standard 120V outlet.

What are your rates?Rates vary depending on event size, duration, and location. Please contact us for a custom quote or to view our pricing guide.

What can you print on a latte?Just about anything — custom logos, photos, names, quotes, holiday designs, even selfies! If you can send us an image, we can likely print it.

Is there an extra cost to include the latte art printer at our event?The latte art printer is included in all of our packages.

What is a latte art printer?Our latte art printer is a food-safe machine that prints high-resolution images, messages, or logos directly onto the foam of lattes and other milk-based drinks using edible ink.

Do I need to send latte art images in advance?Yes — we’ll request your logo or custom images ahead of time. Please send the image to us at least the day before.
